From August 1st to 7th 2018, we are waiting for you to share music experience and enjoy ‘creative’ vacations. Masterclasses, competitions, workshops and many other activities for children, students and professionals. And of course, public concerts every evening.
More specifically:
Concerts
Evening concerts in Molyvos with significant artists from Germany, G. Britain, Holland, Serbia and Greece, as well as participants’ concert.
Additionally, ‘Arion’ will organize concerts in other places of Lesbos, such as the Museum of Industrial Olive-Oil Production in Agia Paraskevi and Polikentro in Mantamados.
Side performances
Every day short performances with dance, as well as traditional and classical music, in Molyvos’ most beautiful spots.
Masterclasses, lectures, ensemble workshops
Distinguished musicians from Greece and abroad teach and share their precious experience with young and…more mature guitarists who will participate in ‘Arion’.
The lessons are adjusted according to the level of each participant and are appropriate for children, students and professionals.
Competitions
There will take place competitions for four categories:
participants up to 13 years old,
up to 17 years old,
without age limit ,
as well as for guitar ensembles.
