Nikolaos Anastasopoulos was born in Athens and grew up in Kos and Rhodes islands of Dodecanese. His first interaction with music began on a practical level at the age of 13, with his entering at the Music School of Rhodes. There, he began classical guitar lessons for the first time, with his tutor Emil Polimenov. The next important step was his introduction to the classical guitar solo department of the Ionian University of Corfu (class of Korina Vougiouka). Under the guidance of his new tutor Korina Vougiouka, music began to acquire a different role in his daily life. This event marked the starting point for a beautiful musical course of festivals, seminars and concerts. Since then he has attended master classes with various artists, such as: ergio & Odair Assad, Marcin Dylla, Ricardo Gallen, Pablo Marquez, Anton Baranov, Adam Marec.
Achilles Makrakis was born and raised in Agios Nikolaos in Crete. While learning classical guitar he took part in a number of master classes with some well known and well respected Greek guitarists. In particular. In April of 2017 he won the first prize in a contest during “Crete’s Guitar Festival” which was organized by the “Association of Greek Guitarists” and held in Heraklion Crete. Ηe is part of the classical guitar solo department of the Ionian University of Corfu in the class of Korina Vougiouka.
